Refund Policy

At Deora Resort and Hotel, we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation Refunds

a. Cancellation by Guests

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days before the check-inare non-refundable.

b. Last-Minute Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

2. Refund for No-Shows

If a guest fails to check in on the reserved date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Refund for Early Check-Outs

Refunds for early check-outs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • A minimum of 30% will be deducted as a cancellation charge for unused days.

4. Cancellation by Deora Resort and Hotel

  • In the rare event that Deora Resort and Hotel cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
  • If the cancellation is due to a force majeure event (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions), refunds will be processed as per applicable laws.

5. Payment Refund Process

All refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Refunds will typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Guests must provide accurate payment details to ensure timely refunds.

6. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be labeled as “non-refundable.” No refund will be provided in such cases, regardless of the reason for cancellation

7. Processing Fees

Refunds may be subject to a processing fee of 20% to cover administrative costs.

8. Force Majeure Policy

In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations), refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Guests may also have the option to reschedule their stay.
