1. Booking and Reservations
We may collect the following types of information:
a. Confirmation of Booking
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking.
We will send a booking confirmation email once payment is received
b. Confirmation of Booking
Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Late check-out and early check-ins are subject to availability
c. Identification Requirements
All guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or Aadhaar card) at check-in.
Non-registered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Cancellation by Guests
Cancellations made [Insert Policy, e.g., “7 days prior to check-in”] will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations made within [Insert Policy, e.g., “7 days of check-in” are non-refundable.
b. Cancellation by the Deora Resort and Hotel
In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be provided in such instances.
c. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to check in on the reserved date without prior notice will be charged the full amount.
3. House Rules
a. General Behavior
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property and other guests.
Smoking is “allowed only in designated areas”
b. Pets
Pets are not allowed
c. Noise Levels
Please maintain low noise levels between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
d. Damages
Guests are liable for any damage to property or items caused during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.
4. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards and UPI.
All rates are subject to applicable taxes as per local regulation.
5. Liability Disclaimer
a. Guest Safety
While we strive to ensure a safe environment, guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or injury during your stay.
b. Force Majeure
The Deora Resort and Hotel is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
6. Website Use
a. Content Ownership
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Deora Resort and Hotel. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
b. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these external sites
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website and services is governed by our policy.
8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jodhpur Jurisdiction India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
